Hungarian Strudel Veronica's Pastries and Cakes specializes in a variety of Hungarian Strudels.  As well as the sweet strudels, we bake several types of savory strudel to round out a brunch or just for a marvelous and nourishing snack.  You can order enough for your next fete and pick them up at the Ithaca Farmers Market in Ithaca, New York  where we sell each weekend.  Another place to pick up an order is at Dewitt Park in downtown Ithaca, New York during the Tuesday and Thursday seasons.   Hungarian French Cherry Strudel The moist, light quality of this strudel is enhanced by the almost fresh tasting cherries that are liberally layered throughout the roll.  This is one pastry you should linger over with a cup of the best  coffee available.
