Ready to Ship - Marzipan, Rugelach, and Cookies Veronika's Pastries and Cakes have prepared a number of delicacies that will keep well for shipping and we are proud to offer them in time for the holidays.  Our Marzipan is exceptional because it contains an amazing 60% almond in the paste and is surrounded by a layer of delicious German chocolate.  The Rugelach  has as much rich filling as possible, often cracking the cream cheese pastry while it bakes.  These are large, delicious pastries which we think are the best in New York State.  The marzipan, rugelah, chocolate squares, and cookies are shipped from central New York.  We are located in Cortland , New York, near Ithaca.  Our pastries  will arrive fresh via the United States Postal Service.   If you ever visit Ithaca, New York, come to the Ithaca Farmers Market where we sell the pastries at our booth along with freshly made crepes (in the warmer months).  The best news is that now you can have our pastries and wonderful marzipan all year around, even if you live far from Ithaca.
